My Approach
My approach begins with calming the body, because clarity is not possible when the nervous system is under stress.
From there, we build awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns so you can step out of reactivity and into choice.
This work is practical and repeatable, designed to be used in real life, not just in conversation. Over time, you learn to respond to stress with steadiness rather than urgency.
The result is greater clarity, confidence, and ease in how you move through your day.
